Water Leak In recent months, I have gotten several notices from the City's Water and Sewer Division saying I might have a leak.

My water bills rose to $500/month, but I still haven't found a plumber to deal with it.

I'm kind of like a hamster refusing to leave its tiny den on a small island – stuck, and not doing anything to change the situation.
